Oh dear it was our first time ever cooking pork belly, so I didn't document a thing, other than a proud photo at the end!!! We will have to make it again soon, so I'll take notes next time!! I hope you have a great weekend too!! xx
Meg, your pictures always make my mouth water like crazy. Then I always end up hunting around my refrigerator for something to eat, only to realize that it is not nearly as delicious as your homemade recipes. hehhe :) Would love to know the recipe of this one!
Oh I'm sure that isn't true!!! Don't worry, I just as often have a bowl of baked beans or grilled sandwich, this was hardly a wednesday snack!! We will make this again soon and I'll take notes and put a recipe up I promise!!!! xx
