Wishing you such a wonderful Easter Sunday.
The Easter Bunny has had a bit of a struggle finding us this year, so we are having a very low key Easter (but so far I've managed two serves of ice cream before 2pm, so don't feel too sorry for me!).
I made these sweet little bunnies the day before we left London and finished the last one this morning.
I love that gluten free sugar cookies can taste pretty much the same as regular sugar cookies. There are some things that we just don't get to enjoy in the same way sans-gluten, but there's no reason that sugar cookies needs to be one of them!

I made this batch with brown sugar just to give it a slightly less sweet taste, because I knew I would be slathering my bunnies in icing and a little sparkly cottontail so they could handle being a little less sweet.
I hope you are having a wonderful Easter weekend and are getting your fill of chocolate, ice-cream or whatever it is that you gave up for Lent!!!
Psst!! If you are looking for a little more meg-made, I'd LOVE for you to follow along!
These are absolutely adorable, hope you had a lovely Easter :)

Thank you Lauren, I hope you had a great Easter too! xx
DeleteLove these, especially their wee glittery tails!
ReplyDeleteThanks Em! Why is that only the Scottish and Kiwi's can get away with saying "wee" in normal sentences? I try to pull it off every now and then but it just sounds weird in my head with an Aussie accent!!! xx
