They also have lots of variety and length of course, the gluten free one looks good. I did a few classes at ...Totally know how you feel! I did a few classes at Prue Leiths before moving to Sydney and was just about to to a 10 week course before moving overseas got in the way! I recently did a seafood course at Williams Sonoma here and loved it, I have another one coming up soon.
